El Dragón de la Calderona, through the non-profit organisation ‘Asociación Cultural el Dragón de la Calderona’, accepts altruistic donations for the achievement of its aims. At present, these donations do not benefit from the tax incentives for patronage established by Law 49/2002 of 23 December 2002 and therefore cannot be deducted from the corresponding taxes. However, the Asociación Cultural el Dragón de la Calderona is taking all the necessary steps to obtain the declaration of public utility. Once this declaration has been obtained, all donations will be deductible and the Association will issue the relevant certificates accrediting them.
